Payment Methods Accepted and Refunds
Credit or debit card
With this form of payment, the goods are dispatched immediately.
Rechargeable card
With this form of payment, the goods are dispatched immediately.
Bank Transfer
The goods are processed only after being credited to the current account (2/3 days).
Satispay
With this form of payment, the goods are dispatched immediately.
Cash on delivery
Payment methods not accepted unless otherwise specified, only for Italy.
Electronic payments by credit or debit card
You can choose to pay for the order by credit card or debit card.
All transactions are controlled and managed by NEXI. At the time of order confirmation, a page that resides on NEXI's secure server will automatically be displayed where you can enter your credit card details.
At no time during the purchase procedure will Puro be able to view and keep the buyer's credit card data on file. Payments via PostePay and rechargeable cards relating to the Visa Electron circuit are also accepted.
Payments via bank transfer
From the moment of receiving the order, the customer has 3 working days to send the bank transfer.
If at the end of 3 days the bank transfer has not been made, the order will be automatically cancelled.
REIMBURSEMENT
All refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the goods, with the payment method used during the purchase.
In the case of purchase by cash on delivery, the only ways to receive the money are the following:

If the payment is not successful, we cannot help you in any way, as we do not have access to any data. Contact your bank or card institution to resolve the problem.
The refund is late in arriving
All refunds can take up to 5 business days after approval, depending on the bank or card used.
