We do not accept returns or exchanges of goods for any reason, with the exception of the right to exercise the withdrawal as established by law.

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.


- For the purchase of products exclusively by correspondence within 10 working days from the date of their receipt

- For services from the day of the conclusion of the "on-line" contract


The withdrawal must be expressed within the above terms, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, specifying all the data of the sale: sender, n. invoice, no. order, to the following address:

Within the same term it is mandatory to send a copy of the withdrawal letter, through the Online Customer Service, which must be followed, within 48 hours, by the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt confirming the expressed withdrawal and only after the shipment of the goods. It is important that the customer's choice to exercise the withdrawal is communicated through the Online Customer Support Service and then by registered letter with return receipt. This written communication must be prior to the delivery of the package to the Seller. If the Seller does not receive this communication before, he will refuse the package, as the customer has not expressly communicated in writing the choice to use the right of withdrawal.

Always within the term of 10 working days, all purchased goods must be returned to the Seller, intact, functioning, packed in their original packaging and complete with any manuals, without any lack. The goods shipped within 10 working days will be refused if the Seller has not received the withdrawal letter in the manner explained above. It will also be necessary to specify on the package the words "Subject: withdrawal, order no., Invoice no., Sender" and attach a copy of the withdrawal letter externally.

The return costs and the means to be used will be charged and the responsibility of the Customer who will not be compensated by the Seller in the event that the goods are lost or damaged.

Once the goods have been received, the Seller will issue a credit note for the full amount paid by the Customer, minus the outbound shipping costs. The credit note will be refunded within 30 days if the customer does not decide to purchase. If the said amount has been paid by Credit Card / PAYPAL, the Seller will credit the same amount but with the deduction of the card / paypal transaction costs.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Customer who purchases for purposes related to his work (eg: instrumental use, resale, etc.) and who therefore communicates his VAT number to the Supplier. The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:

Purchase of packaged products, whose original packaging has been tampered with, damaged or opened by the Customer;

Purchase of goods made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

Purchase of sealed computer software, opened by the consumer.

Purchase of atomizers, tips or mouthpieces and all accessories that come in direct contact with the mouth and / or saliva.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods shipped and not yet collected, on pain of payment of the shipping cost multiplied by two (round trip).


All our non-consumer products are guaranteed for two years.

* The atomizers (or resistances for regenerable atomizers) have a life cycle (consumable and perishable objects) of about 15 days and once used they do not enjoy a guarantee for hygienic / sanitary reasons.

* The batteries model eGo and similar (consumable and perishable goods) have a warranty of 6 months.

* "Efest", "Sony", "Panasonic", "SAMSUNG", "LG" model batteries do not have warranty.

* Products containing chips or microchips (perishable goods) have a 3-month warranty.

The guarantee does not apply if the defect or damage has been caused by use that is not compliant and / or contrary to the instructions for use, eg. opening of the appliance, defects or damage caused by infiltration of liquids, falling, breaking, etc.

Returns must be sent in their original packaging and must be authorized by the Seller, by contacting customer service at INFO@SVAPOSERVIZI.NET and the material must be sent to the address: Numerooso Anna, Corso Garibaldi 49, 18013 - Diano Marina ( IM), within five (5) working days from the date of issue of the R.M.A. number, with packaging that ensures suitable protection for transport. Damage caused by inadequate packaging voids the warranty of the damaged product. The customer must insert the documentation provided by teknosvapo on the packages following the instructions contained in the return authorization email, taking care not to insert unsolicited documentation or goods on the outside or inside of the packages. The warranty is considered void if the technical service finds physical damage, improper use or tampering with the product. The description of the defect must be exhaustive in order to be able to attribute the RMA number.

If the product is no longer available in stock, it will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The replacement will instead take place within 10 days from the date of return of the goods. We do not accept parcels on delivery, parcels freight collect or goods without original packaging. Damages caused by misuse of the product or products where the guarantee seal has been tampered with or removed are not guaranteed.


After the 14 valid days for the return, the electronic cigarettes no longer enjoy the replacement of the product, but in case of failure it will be necessary to send it to assistance at the customer's expense. The time needed can take up to 6 months.



Beyond 180 days from the purchase of the product, the return or collection costs will be fully borne by the purchaser. WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.


Defective / faulty products must be received accurately clean and complete in every part. If the product at the time of opening should be dirty, it will be photographed and set aside, in no case will a dirty product be handled. WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.


The products sold in kits (battery and atomizer plus spare parts) in case of failure of only one of the components must be returned in full, otherwise the return will not be managed. WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.


If the product cannot / want to be repaired / replaced, a refund will be made exclusively via PayPal, WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.


After 10 days from the authorization for the return, if not managed by the customer, they will be canceled.


All refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the goods, with the payment method used during the purchase.

In the case of purchase by cash on delivery, the only ways to receive the money are the following:

Payment to PayPal account

Payment by bank transfer

Good purchase

All payments will be made only and exclusively on cards and accounts in the name of the buyer.
