In this section we try to help you solve the most common problems concerning: shipments, payments, product/s returns, defective products.

When confirming the order, you are asked to accept the terms and conditions (available here), and any type of complaint that violates the terms and conditions accepted by the customer will not be accepted.

It is advisable to read the contract carefully before making a purchase.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING OPERATION

All shipments are sent to the address indicated at checkout.

Delivery is always carried out by authorized personnel, who are required to deliver the package to the name indicated on the waybill and not to other people, unless otherwise specified.

If the package is collected by a person other than the one indicated during the purchase, all the guarantees on the shipment will have no value. Once a purchase has been confirmed, the customer accepts the terms of purchase (document here), and consequently delegating a person other than the one declared effectively cancels all our responsibility.

Please note that it is mandatory to sign with your own signature (name and surname), as a certified copy may be required in particular situations. Failure to sign the withdrawal in your own name and with your own signature cancels any liability on the part of svaposervizi.net.

All packages shipped are video recorded and photographed during the entire packing phase inside our warehouse.

All items are checked before being shipped, and the packaging is done according to the guidelines dictated by the shipper.

The shipper takes photographs of the package during all phases, collection, dispatch and delivery.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The package is delivered, but not to the name or address indicated during the purchase.

Proceed as follows:

Contact the Postal Police or the Carabinieri and file a complaint for disregarding the signature and non-delivery, indicating the name of the courier and shipment number that you received via email.

Send a copy of the complaint and personal documents to info@svaposervizi.net indicating the order number.

Once we have received the necessary documentation, we will contact the courier and the competent offices.

You will be contacted later.

The procedure can take up to 15 working days.

The package is delivered but the signature is not that of the name indicated during the purchase.

Proceed as follows

In this case it is necessary to sign with reservations and clearly indicate the damage in detail.

Vague sentences will not be considered.

Name and signature of the collection must coincide with the data indicated during the purchase.

In the event that there is no signature with reserve, no claim will be possible on your part.

Please note that all packages shipped are video recorded and photographed during the entire packing phase, and that the shipper takes photographs of the package.

The package has been delivered but its interior is damaged.

Photograph the damaged content, and send the images and a detailed textual explanation to info@svaposervizi.net.

You will then be contacted by our staff.

Change shipping address

Svaposervizi.net after shipment cannot change the delivery address.

To change the address, you will need to contact the GLS Italy call center and request what is necessary, indicating the shipment number that you will find: in the confirmation email, in the summary of your order, or by contacting us.

I ordered wrong, I can cancel the order

If the shipment has not yet been confirmed, it is possible to modify the order, but this may lead to a delay, as if the package has already been packed, you will lose shipping priority.

In case of modification, your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund, after which you will have to repeat the order.
