Packages are sent the same working day if the purchase is made before 14:00 and / or upon receipt of payment and are shipped via the GLS 24H express courier. In the evening it will send you the tracking code to follow the progress of the shipment.

The cost of shipping in Europe varies from € 16 to € 25 depending on the country and you have courier costs.
The cost will be calculated in the cart during the checkout phase, after entering the shipping data.

Orders are processed every day but are shipped from Monday to Friday as express couriers do not work on weekends.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be entrusted to the courier on the following Monday.
All orders received by 12:30 pm each day will be processed the same day.

Svaposervizi.net reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, where a technical or administrative error is found.
The buyer will receive a notification with the reasons and refund on the payment method used.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over € 60, only for Italy.
Shipping delays holidays or strikes
Attention, an international shipment can be delayed due to national holidays or strikes. Situations that we do not know.
WITHDRAWALS AND DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY VALID ONLY FOR ITALY
Always indicate your telephone number, to avoid problems.
The courier will carry out the proof of delivery twice for two days, and is obliged to call in case of absence of the customer.
In case of non-collection / presence, the package will be available at the nearest depot for 14 days.
In the event of a request for redelivery, the courier will charge the customer € 11.00 for the following additional costs:
€ 6.00 re-delivery
€ 15.00 starting and closing practice.
In case of non-collection, it is advisable to contact the local office (GLS Italy), to arrange the collection and any costs to be borne by you.
In the event that the goods return to our company due to absence, non-collection extended beyond the term, and / or without reason, the amount due to the courier will be deducted from your payment. If the credit is not sufficient, a refund will be requested in our favor. Initially through a debit and in the negative case through the appropriate offices.
REIMBURSEMENT
All refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the goods, with the payment method used during the purchase.
In the case of purchase by cash on delivery, the only ways to receive the money are the following:

All payments will be made only and exclusively on cards and accounts in the name of the buyer.

The import tax, duty and VAT are to be paid by the customer.
RESOLUTION TO DELIVERY PROBLEMS
All shipments are sent to the address indicated at the time of payment.
Delivery is always carried out by authorized personnel, who are required to deliver the package to the name indicated on the waybill.
If the package is picked up by a different person, all shipping guarantees will have no value.
All packages shipped are video recorded and photographed during the entire packaging phase inside our warehouse, that all objects are checked before being shipped, and that shipments are made according to the guidelines dictated by the shipper.
The shipper takes photographs of the package during all phases, collection, dispatch and delivery.
