Shipping

All shipments are traceable and customizable only with Courier GLS Flex Delivery, once the purchase has been delivered to the courier you will receive an email with the access data to customize the shipment.

Purchases before 12:00 are generally shipped the same day, unless problems or payment method used.

The Courier does not call the customer, you will receive the Flex Delivery service access link via email to customize the shipment according to your needs.

Orders are shipped the same working day if the purchase is made before 14:00 and only if the payment is confirmed by our bank.

Due to problems or above-average number of orders, shipping may differ to the next day.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, insurance costs, sending courier emails, courier sms and calling the courier in case of absence.

Shipping costs: Cart from €0 to €60 cost €5.90 Cart greater than €60 cost €0.00. All orders received will be processed within 24h with GLS express courier, 24H throughout Italy 48H islands and disadvantaged areas.

EUROPE

The cost of shipping in Europe varies from € 16 to € 25 depending on the country and there are courier costs.

The cost will be calculated in the cart during checkout, after entering the shipping data.

Note

All shipping costs indicated refer to non-disadvantaged locations, particular islands and / or difficult-to-service countries. Therefore the shipping cost may vary depending on the destination.

Delivery time

ITALY = C24 / 48 / 72h.

EUROPE - 48 / 96h.

Orders are processed daily but are shipped Monday to Friday as express couriers do not work on weekends.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be entrusted to the courier on the following Monday.

All orders received by 2:30 pm each day will be processed on the same day.

Delayed shipments on holidays or strikes

Attention, an international shipment can be delayed due to national holidays or strikes. Situations we do not know.

WITHDRAWALS AND DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY VALID FOR ITALY ONLY

Always indicate your phone number, to avoid problems.

The courier will carry out the proof of delivery twice for two days, and is obliged to call in case of absence of the customer.

In case of non-collection / presence, the package will be available at the nearest depot for 14 days.

In the event of a request for redelivery, the courier will charge the customer € 11.00 for the following additional costs:

€ 6.00 return

€ 15.00 beginning and closing of the practice.

In case of non-collection it is advisable to contact the local office (GLS Italia), to arrange the collection and any costs to be borne by you.

In the event that the goods return to our company due to absence, non-collection extended beyond the deadline, and / or without reason, the amount due to the courier will be withheld from your payment. If the credit is insufficient, a refund will be requested in our favor. Initially by debit and in the negative case through the offices in charge.

CUSTOMS RATE, EXTRA EU VAT

The import tax, duty and VAT are to be paid by the customer.

All payments are made securely through Nexi circuits.

• Bank Transfer

The goods are processed only after being credited to the current account (2/3 days).

• Cash on delivery

Payment method is not accepted.
